Customer service is not a department, it's an attitude!
My Name is Andy Bobbitt and I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 15 years and I believe that Customer Service lacking in most professions. I believe that people have become used to bad service and I want to change this. Whether you are at your favorite coffee bar or the local gym you should experience good service. I have worked in restaurants, retail, and in the oil fields. In every one of these jobs, great Customer Service was a top priority. If you are trying to sell something, you should do everything in your power to ensure that your product is sold. This will not only complete the immediate transaction but create a relationship that will keep them coming back.
My goal is to provide outstanding Customer Service while
completing every task that is asked of me. I have heard too often; “My
cleaning company started off doing a great job, but after two weeks it wasn’t
the same.” I know how to clean
and to be consistent. I have a great
sense of urgency and understand what it takes to get the job done. I use all Green and ECO-Friendly products.
10% of all my earnings will get donated to Childrens Hospital Boston.
